Shipping policy

We endeavor to send your item by the most affordable means, however, many of the items we sell are heavy and/or bulky (especially saddles) which can increase the cost of shipping considerably. We generally ship via Australia Post, though sometimes a courier may be utitlised if it will be more economical for you. We recommend you upgrade to shipping with insurance or tracking on all items, as we will not refund items lost in transit.
