Refund policy

All of our sales are final - please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind/wrong size/wrong fit.  Refunds are only available if the item has been damaged in transit - please contact Lauren on 0400 012 255 to discuss refund/issues with your received item. We will attempt to replace a damaged item where possible, if not, then a refund may be provided. We include detailed photos and descriptions of all items on their product page. Our items are either new (clearance), ex-demo or second hand stock and do not come with manufacturer warranties as we are a re-seller.

If an item arrives damaged via the post please notify Lauren within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Returns / Refund of damaged items 

Refunds/Replacement  (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. 

If you are approved, then your refund / replacement will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days or a new item will be sent. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed by the bank.

Shipping Returned Items (if applicable)

Please contact us to confirm your item is returnable / able to be refunded BEFORE shipping your item.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are return shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and items will not be refunded until they are returned.
